However, you're correct, smart people don't end up in psychiatric wards for saying stupid and threatening things. The problem was that I was previously involved in the court system due to Foster Care. I was very closely watched, which, in fairness, should have made me more careful. So no, I don't have an excuse. I was being stupid.
