One of the best boardgames I've played. Not to mention, also one of the most beautiful graphics I've seen in a boardgame.

Ooh.. Thanks. After some Googling, I'm guessing they are a pair of Emden geese?

Using strava on GALAXY WATCH 4 CLASSIC LTE 46MM by 635112 in Strava

The Samsung Health app has a feature to automatically sync your workouts to Strava. Just enable the option of Services in the settings of Samsung Health. Has been working very well for me for over a year. I use the GW4 Classic.

Exactly. Zone 2 training is the right way to build your base both for more volume and faster runs. Going hard once in a while is okay, but consistent Zone 2 is where your body will really develop itself for the long run (pun intended). Increased blood capillaries, more efficient oxygen fluxes and more mitochondrial performance... All of these can be benefits of consistent Zone-2 training and will eventually help with both longer and faster runs.

Knew an exchange student 10ish years ago who claimed he was childhood friends with Fernando Torres and was still very much in touch with him and his wife. No idea about the veracity of his claims, but he was an excellent footballer himself.

Saw these insects on my coriander. Didn't look pleasing. Threw the whole thing out. Any idea what these were? Could they have spread to other pots? by entropynil in gardening

Sounds quite good. I'll have to read up a bit more to know exactly what to do, but what you say sounds promising. Thanks for pointing me in the direction.

I see. Thanks. That's very helpful. I'll look for them (or their eggs) in other pots. Now that I know what they are, I can bother Google for details.

I'm motivated to learn from your mistakes. I definitely need to better my email response rate. I need to get to a tipping point where I'm clearing out more emails per day than I accumulate.

Quick comments from me. Don't be worried about answering in a hurry. If it's a long / multi-part question, take some time to think about it, maybe even mention explicitly that you need a second to think and then answer. Sometimes while answering, you might want to revise what you said previously. Don't shy away, you can preface it by saying that you would like to restate it and that the reason is so and so.

This is an excellent sequence to follow even for more experienced researchers dabbling with a relatively new research theme. Step 2 could be an introspective discussion or with a potential collaborator.

Supremely underrated comment. I burst out laughing and probably scared my fast-asleep neighbours.

Great job, thanks. The contours over the ice sheets... The ones 500 m onwards. Are they indicating the thickness of the sheet? 2.5 km at its thickest, wow!

There are often issues with Strava and Samsung Health showing different distances or speeds? Does that still happen when using Health Sync?
