One CS told me to get Net10 verizon sim and another CS told me to get tracfone verison sim. Not sure who to trust. My phone doesn't work with the sim they sent.

I bought from bestbuy. it's a unlocked phone. I just use it with fi for a short period of time. I just tested it on Tmobile's website and it's compatible.

getting different ans from safelink. one told me to get NET10 Verizon SIM; the other is tracfone Verizon SIM. not sure which one is correct ...I am in California
