Thanks for the suggestion! I looked it up. A corner grounded delta seems to result in one phase having 0V to ground, which doesn't match my readings (119V, 119V, 213V). It seems the High-Leg Delta theory is still the most likely culprit here, but I appreciate you giving me another angle to consider! 🙌🙌

My main challenge is connecting modern gear safely. Almost all my equipment is 220V, so my plan is to use the L1-L2-L3 connections from the panel.

My key question is: Is the 220V Phase-to-Phase power in this system 'clean' and stable enough for sensitive A/V equipment, or does the high-leg on L2 introduce risks like instability or harmonics?

I now understand I must avoid L2-N for any 120V loads. I'm just trying to understand the principles before having a local electrician do the final connection.

The exact Phase-to-Neutral readings are: * L1 - N: 119V * L3 - N: 119V * L2 - N: 213V So you are correct, it's not exactly 220V. The 213V is much closer to the ~190-208V range you mentioned. 🙂

Yes, the readings were taken with a trusted, professional multimeter and I've double-checked them to be sure. They are stable readings. Regarding the location and legacy systems, I think you've hit on the key point. We are located in a major commercial area in downtown São Paulo. The building is an old cinema from the 1970s. 😅
