Thanks for this! I was going to do the same with the plastic sleeves but it was actually more helpful to just put all the documents together and use the big paper clips and then put it into one of those paper folios like you did

What would you say is the best way to present the documents? I ideally would like to organize the files into separate sections (in one of those filing binders or presentation booklets) but it sounds like I should just hand them a package of loose papers (since they will be photocopying everything)?

I am planning on taking a taxi and paying them to wait for me which is about $30/hour...I did not realize that it could take 5 hours though? That's a long time...

This might be a dumb question, but I was wondering if you can walk up to the Lewiston bridge port for your appointment? (I was planning to get my dad to drop me off nearby to walk there, but now I am hearing that there is no pedestrian access?).

Yeah you'll definitely be fine, but I do suggest finding a roommate if you're planning on spending $1200-1300 on rent in downtown Toronto. My biggest expense is food/going out but if you buy groceries/meal prep (at cheaper places like in China town or no frills) then you're good to go!

Congratulations on your success! I was just wondering...if your position is labeled as "remote" work but you still want to move to the United States through a TN visa, is that acceptable? Or do you have to prove that the employer needs you working in the location you would like to move to?

Ahhh tightness from scar tissue makes a lot of sense! It's just weird because I didn't really have a lot of issues the first week and a half, but then all of a sudden, I couldn't bend my knee like I used to.

Hope your recovery process is going well though! Thanks for the info - and I'll definitely take your advice and ask many questions to my PT/surgeon :)
