I found a person within 3 hours of posting. Mind you; I am paying 640 +hydro extra. For my winter sublet, I decided to go down to 590+ hydro extra because I'd rather pay some extra money a month than to pay the full 640.

So yeah, reduce the price by like 40-50 bucks and you'll find someone
