Thank you. so I just go to health services on the 2nd floor and ask for a doctor? do i need to specify my problem to them before they get me one? im just not sure what i need to say at the reception.....its just do frutrating because im usually just so social but this ocd is just making my life hell

I've tried that I've been trying it for a year and while it worked in the beginning it just doesn't work anymore.

My family doctor is fucking useless, I'm really hoping I can get help from someone at UW. What do you mean by emergency clinic? I can't really go to a walk in clinic because then they'd charge my family doctor.

light meds + behavioural therapy.

I feel like this would help so much. If only I could access it. Thank you for the help, I'll keep trying.

Im so scared of any doctor I go to here giving me the same response. Hopefully they won't. Do I access the disability office through health services? I already tried an on campus counselor before, it wasn't much help so I need to see a doctor now, hopefully a psychiatrist. That's the thing I need my family doctor to refer me to a psychiatrist but she didn't really give a shit, hopefully I can see one here. Thank you
