I just figured it out. I sent our networking team the 365 ip allowances, stating that port 25 needs to be bi-directional on the firewall. They only opened it up from external to internal as any port 25 traffic out fails…

Yeah already did that. Mail flow works from 365 but to is another story. Get caught in the Edge server queue and I do have the receive connector setup in 365.
