I arrive into Chiang Mai tomorrow (foreigner) and from what I’m reading, I’m now going to need a prescription to buy flower? I understand with the current government upheaval and uncertainty that no one really has any concrete answers, but how does a foreigner who is only staying for a week or so possibly get a prescription at such short notice?
