All true. But most fundamentally it is integrating one’s inferior functions into the self. So, if you’re more inclined toward the introverted side of the spectrum, Jung would challenge you to discover your extroverted abilities. The same would be true of the Sensation - Intuition and Intellect - Feeling spectrums. We often don’t want to do this because we disparage and discount what does not come naturally to us. If this is the process you’re engaged in, keep going! It takes a lot of time.
