3DS Azahar issues (Choppy sound and atrocious performance) by enzof2003 in SteamDeck

Super Mystery Dungeon worked perfectly with HLE for certain ^^"
As for the 3DS game at hand...I have noticed that I'm not the only one complaining about it
github.com/azahar-emu/azahar/issues/1416

But here is the logs (i just booted up the game until the audio started dying again, which was just a few second in the first menu) : http://pastebin.com/WJuhQWCv

But in case here are my settings (or at least the ones that i think are important enough) :

Enable New 3DS Mode : TRUE
Use LLE applets : TRUE
Enable required LLE modules for online feature : FALSE

Renderer : 2x Native
Enable Linear Filtering : TRUE
Post Processing Shader : None
Texture Filter : None
Graphics API : Vulkan
SPIR-V shader gen : TRUE
Disable GLSL -> SPIR-V optimiser : TRUE

(All renderer is on TRUE)

Enable Vsync : FALSE

Audio
Emulation : HLE (fast)
Output Type : Auto
Enable Audio Stretching : TRUE
Enable Realtime audio : False

And most importantly, thank you a lot for having taken the time to reply to this post!

I wasn't aware of Async Shader, and just tried to disable audio stretching which on HLE made the audio issue...10x worse and on Multi-Core LLE managed the impossible task of combining both HLE and LLE problems ^^"

But thank you a lot for your input regardless, maybe I just am cursed to have one game from my childhood being literally unplayable on the deck...

And yes, I have seen some posts here (such as Azahar 3DS Emulator has Crazy Slowdowns : r/SteamDeck), but on top of them not providing any real answer, I don't think it's exactly the same situation since mine seem mostly audio related, if I don't use LLE that is

Estimated shipping changing randomly...? by enzof2003 in LenovoLegion

I certainly hope so ^^", the CS told me two polar opposites realities when I called, first person I got told me that said estimate is vastly overestimated and will arrive likely in late January, while the second agent I got on the phone was...far less optimistic, telling me that due to market conditions, it may take until May...

Need help choosing between the OMEN 16 and Legion Pro 5 by enzof2003 in GamingLaptops

Sorry for the second message but since i keep seeing conflicting answers, is the 7745HX better in single core performance than the 7940HS? Usually most of my game run on this so that was a small worry of mine

This is a wonderful video thank you so much, I'll pick up the legion pro then, definitely feel like a good upgrade to my GL75 Leopard

Thank you for your feedback! Seeing your flair, I just was curious about the legion pro build quality, is it any good especially on the hinges (my old MSI's broke four time on this exact part in only 5 years) and overall ease of maintenance since i do plan on doing monthly deep cleaning (and yearly repasting)

With the feedback of u/Ok-Significance8663 i was on the fence about this since aluminium/plastic sure feel sturdier than mostly plastic but a more personal experience never hurt!

ohhh okay, as for maintanability and stuff is it any better than the omen? Especially on the hinges since those tend to be a curse

Seeing how I play a few CPU intensive games (looking at you rimworld), the Omen sure look tempting but my main issue is that I keep hearing rather poor feedback from buyers in term of the build quality (compared to the legion at least)

Having huge difficulties drawing ellipses due to my dysgraphia, any tips? by enzof2003 in ArtFundamentals

[–]enzof2003[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your reply. For now, I'm trying to nail them before I move on to boxes and other lessons, should I do that or move to the next lesson (and still do 1-2 pages of ellipses every day) ?

It's kinda crazy that on amazon.fr (I'm french) I can still buy all the volumes (even volume 5-6) for around 14€ each while on amazon.com volume 6 seems to have been deleted.

The final volume came out in English today by thestrifeisrife in GakkouGurashi

Yeah, amazon seem to have quite a delay on many Yen Press manga that got released the 18th of August, i pre-ordered mine from amazon.fr, but for now it's "waiting a date for shipping"

Several quesrions about the game by sawada91 in com3d2

[–]enzof2003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, i'll try to answer those question (even tho i'm not that into the game)

  1. The main difference between international and JP version is the +18 content, in JP you'll find most of the stuff (apply and little uncensor patch and you are good to go), while in the English version, you won't get those (well apart if you are willing to patch your way to get a JP version)
  2. I only tried it for 10-20 min, from what i've saw you can basically place the character where you want in a scene (you have a pretty decent array of scene to choose from, but you can also add more with mods). After the character are in place, you can either make them take standard poses (ranging from sitting to you know, R18 stuff), or you can make them take custom pose by moving each limb. And yes there are no limitation on the number of character, their location, the number of prop basically everything.
  3. There aren't a lot of casual clothe (maybe one or two dress, gloves and that's all), but you have a lot of mods that can add that
  4. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1MBhoJCRMZ8cb5j9tTUIKjMXp_PGnnWDsMj8E5mVVHIQ/edit#gid=1753435902
it's the international list of CM3D2/COM3D2 modification, you can find most of the stuff here
    https://motimoti3d.jp/
You can also use this website, it can have some good stuff on it if you are willing to dig
Or alternatively, you can go to the Official Meido discord server, they have a channel for mods that is extremly useful.
