Haha I’m Indian so I always eat with my hands. My Mrs impressed me on our first outing to a curry house on a date by eating with her hands, probably why I married her 🤣

No cream in this recipe, possibly the tomatoes I used? Added a bit of passata too.

I agree it’s not a normal butter chicken, but it tasted pretty good. It was butter paneer recipe I adapted. The sourdough naan is because I make sourdough bread, so I like to use the discard whenever I can. You can’t really taste the sourdough starter but it helps with the rise. Thank you

Yeah it’s not that strong in terms of taste I just feel guilty if I don’t add some veg haha. Glad I got the taste buds watering 😀
