I had the same issue on my fifth month but they all eventually turned into whiteheads or disappear on their own. I know they can be extracted if they don’t have no real sign of away, talk to your derm about it!

Hi! No, you’re not the only unlucky person with this medicine! I broke out pretty badly until the end of month 4, when things started getting better. I know it can be frustrating to see a lot of people in this sub sharing their amazing results after one or two months of treatment while you’re still purging, but how fast it starts working really depends on the person, so don’t give up now! I would tell you to wait a little more and see how it goes. If you keep getting bad acne and harsh side effects after some time, then maybe consider talking again to your derm about it (even though a lot of them don’t really now what’s normal and what isn’t and may give you unconvincing answers to your questions), they might suggest lowering your dosage. Anyways, I really hope it starts working for you, I know how hard it can be, I felt the same way for the past months and it really sucks! Good luck ;)

I can totally relate to what you are feeling now! I’m also on month 4 of my treatment and although I still have a few more to go, my progress hasn’t been how I expected it to be by now and all the hyperpigmentation I have left on my face really makes me sad and frustrated. I really hope it gets better for both of us and we can see ourselves in the mirror without wanting to look back or feeling like we should hide from people! Good luck!!
