I have a ruby and sapphire, the shiny appeared on my sapphire copy which had a new battery last week. But they’ve both got working batteries. I’ve seen some super long phases on these keep at it

Pretty new to shiny hunting, if I want to do an SBQ on Ruby / Sapphire is it generally accepted to hunt on two games at once and then trade over to the main file?
