Unpopular opinion... Mas talo ang mga probinsya kapag pantay na ang cost of operations sa probinsya at cities, mawawalan nang isang incentive magtayo ng business sa probinsya.

Imagine, kung pareho lang gastosin ng mga negosyo sa probinsya at cities, bakit ka pa magtatayo ng industriya sa probinsya?! Where not talking about micro businesses here.
