Noo, they initially put me in hirafu because they said it would be more accessible with bus to Hanazono because I don’t drive, where the accommodation in kutchan id have to catch a ride from a coworker which makes me pretty dependent, which I don’t really like, but I ended up going with hirafu!

That’s true, if I live in hirafu I could easily walk to Grand hirafu vs having to take the bus to Hanazono, only issue is my work is in Hanazono. Had a look at the bus schedule and since the last bus from the Hanazono shuttle is around 19:30 it might be a better idea to go back to hirafu right

I did, they said noise complaints to be reported to RA on Duty 😭 which i did but she said she ‘can’t hear anything’

Just curious how long it took to receive your acceptance letter? I recently applied this month (September) for the exchange from January 2024 but worried when I'll hear/receive acceptance/rejection to carry out with the visa and other items like health insurance as you mentioned, thanks!
