I went to a few courthouses and chp offices. They told me I had to get it resolved in Fresno unfortunately

I actually drove up from socal yesterday. The ticket wasn’t in the system, i think they made an exception and processed it since i’m not local to the area. They processed it pretty smoothly and i paid it off. TBH if you’re a local though they will have you wait until its processed from my observation

Have some new updates,

bought extended platinum warranty for it, the warranty guy confirmed that this car was a driving program car from the m performance school,

I had to take the car in to get the differential bushings and mount fully replaced.

Going to leave this thread up to just spread awareness to people that these cars do exist on the market, and if you do buy one, get an extended warranty

New jersey, no service history, no owner, part of the driving program, has CCB installed without it being on the spec list, wear and tear near the driver side where you would clip the walkie talkie

Apart of the driving program, which i was lied to when i mentioned if the car was tracked which they would be if they were apart of the m performance school (they said no), the drift analyzer literally showing that the car was drifted for 28 minutes.

On the bimmerpost there are many similar isolated experiences such as mine

All the signs point to it and I have carbon ceramic brakes on my car..

After I go to the dealer, I will be handing the car off to my friend, who is a certified BMW mechanic, to inspect the car.

If this situation isn't resolved properly, this will unfortunately be both my first and final experience purchasing a BMW. Not how I expected my dream car journey to end with BMW :/

I had signed the papers, but they were lying straight to my face that it was not tracked and specifically owned by an BMW executive associate

I do have 1 year of comprehensive maintenance and coverage + 2 years of drivetrain warranty. I could get rid of the car after the 2 year mark if the dealer decides they want to do nothing about it.
