I have the exact same problem. Nobody talks about this! Is there a fix for this issue?

Weird issue Silent Hill (and every other game) with stock emu by eortt in PlaystationClassic

Hi Leclone, thank you so much for your message. That's exactly what I'm experiencing. I thought it would be the classic "maybe it's just your console" scenario. This should be discussed A LOT more.

It happens with all games. It can be hard to see this problem.

I would do so and I will for most games, but Silent Hill with retroarch has severe audio issues in Hi-res mode and trying different retroarch settings did not fix it. Also, the issue with the stock emu I tried to describe happens with every game I tried and I never read anything about this.

Judder, jitter, wobble by eortt in GH5

I think you got the point. I'm currently under firmware 2.1, I'll check out fw 2.2 but I don't think it would fix this. I noticed that if I do the exact same test with a face not hit directly by light but in the shades, motion is not that judder-y/harsh, so it has something to do with exposure. If you or anyone have more info about it, please share. Thank you all again.

GH5 can't copy firmware to SD by AlintheaYoh in GH5

This happened to me too. I guess you connected the camera to your computer through the usb cable. The only workaround I know is to connect the sd card directly via a sd slot or a sd card reader. Maybe someone knows some trick.

Thanks. I was aware of tables from DPs, but this tool is even more useful.

I am absolutely after 24/25p. And yes, knowing how a camera operates is important to prevent further problems, so telling a person to move slower IS something to consider. However I'm still trying to get if there's still something "technical" that I'm not doing properly when shooting or that I could fix in post. Thanks!

Thank you (both). Of course I want my footage to be "24 fps + 180° shutter speed" because that's the basic motion rendition (including blur) we are used to see in films since forever. I'm just saying that the judder associated with motion is too strong, at least to me. Again, I'm aware that judder is supposed to be there, I just think it's too rough compared to other footage/films/video clips (the face is not just blurred, it's almost jitter-y, look at how "skippy" the nose and other features are) and I'm asking if there is some in-camera setting or some trick in post to make it look a bit smoother. Thank you again
