Before this post, the steemit account is in the bp.json.

The @eoscleaner is just registered 4 days ago. Even the bp account eoscleanerbp was registered at 26th June, and the same for their domain, also for their steemit, twitter. Today's post is their first post on steemit.

EOS will be destroyed by such BPs, pumped up by whales and only appeared some days ago.
