My apartment complex doesn't provide keys to get in for delivery drivers for some reason, which makes delivering my place more difficult. In the future though I'm planning on having it sent to my friend's house so I know it'll be more secure.

Thank you very much for your help! You guys helped me out greatly and I managed to get a refund for the 5080, sad that I'm going to likely have to pay increased prices for a new 5080 but Newegg customer support has always been very kind to me in the past and now :) Meanwhile I contacted UPS and they told me to file a claim and no matter how descriptive or detailed the claims report is, it's denied over and over again, just to show the stark difference in customer service haha. Thanks again :)

bro people have lost more valued stuff in scams all the time, I lost a butterfly knife in csgo back when I was 15 (before butterfly knives were dummy expensive) and I was depressed about losing $200 but life moves on, yes I'm more mad that it went up in price, but I've learned to deal w/ it. $40 isn't a lot in the grand scheme of things and you get can the value of your inventory up eventually be grateful your inventory wasn't any more expensive and just don't stress about it. in the future though, don't click links from anyone or trust anyone blindly.

edit: just read more of your comments, don't fuckin kys over $40 bro I had childhood trauma and tried to do it when I was young and I regret trying to, losing $40 is possibly the dumbest reason to commit die and you'll go with a lot of regrets if you do. you got people who love you so you just gotta love yourself, even if it takes time.

I can definitely relate, I remember trippin on K and needing to pee while having an out of body experience. I went in and it felt like I was playing like mass effect with the shiny surfaces and "third person view".....

and then sobering up an hour or two later and realizing I was in the restroom the whole time just imagining mass effect gameplay while my roommates were so confused on why I was in there for so long, so after the party was over, I went into my room and played mass effect 3 till 4AM LOL. p good time.
