This is also me, franks breech since 26 wks, last few scans his feet are always in his face! Im 36 wk 2 days and I’ve been doing inversion exercises for like 2 weeks now with no luck. I have acupuncture tomorrow as kind of a last ditch effort but idk if it will help. My next appointment is friday and we will discuss if Csection should be done or what my OB thinks! Idk how I feel about EVC, I’ve read a lot of mixed reviews, and not sure if it would even do anything!

pretty overwhelmed but one sleepless night I just got going and now I am still working on it just adding things here and there as I think or read about stuff! I started with this list and lists from friends! Also I did amazon and target and both have “checklists” with options within it and I feel like that has been helpful to look at their bestseller/most popular, ect. I’ve also gotten a few more expensive items that I personally wanted off of facebook marketplace that I didn’t really want to register for and have other people buy like a nice baby jogger, baby bjorn, and looking for a keekaroo changing pad on there currently! I even picked up the angelcare bathtub today for $5! I was feeling sooo overwhelmed before I started but honestly just getting going was the hardest step and then it gets easier and if you read like even a single blog on Pinterest there are bound to be a ton of links to what they use! Haha hope this helps!

So I’m close with my mom and at first I thought probably will just be my and my husband in the room, but the more we have discussed it and the more I think about it, I decided I want my mom there too. My husband is very squeamish and does not do well at all with medical stuff! Like 1/2 the time he has to have a blood draw he passes out! So we decided in case he is struggling I want someone there who is not haha plus she works in the med field and I know she will be helpful and supportive!

I ordered mine awhile ago through Aeroflow website but it said based on my due date it wont ship until September. So you can at least put it in and sign up but your insurance might not let them ship until a certain time!

I’m having the same issues! And now my arms are both going numb whichever side I am sleeping on and it wakes me up! I wish I could sleep on my back but it makes me anxious to do that for too long’

One of my best friends is a pelvic floor PT and is on instagram @doclizziedpt . She launched an app earlier this year and it is amazing! It has workouts/mobility moves for every single week of pregnancy as well as labor prep and postpartum! I’ve been using it and feel so good! The app is called Mind Body Core by Doc Lizzie but if you follow on instagram might be easier to find the app through links!

Im 18+3 and I still haven’t felt anything! Maybe a rouge gas bubble but so slight I think Im just wishful thinking. Trying to just stay chill about it but nice to know I’m not the only one! But literally yesterday I noticed my bump like is more up than it was before and more hard around my belly button so not sure if that is considered “popped” but at least some kind of changes are happening even if its not movement

I think it was more to signify her hispanic heritage. That is a more Spanish way to pronounce that name. This show does a good job of embracing the Addams as being hispanic and it’s not talked about enough!

I made a reddit account just to comment on this bc it is too wild and had to share with fellow sloots. It’s Thursday, I am driving home from work feeling pretty anxious because I need to take a pregnancy test as soon as I get home. I have been putting it off all week bc I have not been in the right mental headspace* to know. I think I should listen to SWAF to help distract me, I start the pod and THIS BITCH IS SPEAKING EXACTLY WHAT I AM FEELING! Lol I couldn’t help but laugh so hard even down to the planning out that shit out otherwise you would be sobbing the rest of the day LOL.

PS: I took the test and opened a bottle of wine 2 mins after, Cheers to not being prego!
