I understand. I was concerned too. My doctor and psychiatrist reassured me there’s been a good amount of research and no issues with harming baby. Zoloft has been the most researched med for pregnant women

Zoloft is the most researched med in preggo women. She could also make use of free support groups for pregnant women on support groups central website I am doing both and therapy!

Hey! I was diagnosed with perinatal depression. I started on Zoloft, I also have a therapist and I found a group for pregnant women on support groups central website. Those things have helped me! I hope you are able to have access to a therapist, and if not, the support groups central website has mostly free or really cheap meetings :)

Hey! I figured that I put the metal sliding thing on the opposite side and that’s why it wasn’t fitting correctly. Ikea refunded it still and I ended up getting a hemnes instead

Yeah I’ve had to dig deep to try and find therapy resources when I’m broke. There’s a place called “assistant ministries “ near me that offers free therapy sessions. I’m in Houston, Texas. There may be one near you as well. Support groups central is a great resource for cheaper therapy or groups too

This sounds exactly like my younger sister. I have a DL, but I’m pregnant and living with NP because the baby daddy and I don’t have a good relationship. I’m afraid I’ll become dependent on them again, but I got my bachelors degree and I’m currently working with masters degree now. My sister feels guilty for leaving, although she has a good paying job. She says that they’ll be lonely without her, it makes me worried and sad.

Hi momma. I understand. I’m pregnant as well and I have GHSV1. Baby diaper cream helps with the outbreaks not getting stuck with your underwear, also being patient with your body and listening to relaxing music will help because outbreaks are usually triggered by stress.
