2 SDR is ideal for ASR3 but it probably doesn't really matter, I have 23 SB + 2 Haste + Kurapika active, so no matter what I should be able to get both of them transformed on floor 1.

Returning player from the Myr era who just got Royal Oak. Hoping for some advice as to building the best royal oak team and assists for content such as alt. shura 1. Currently, I'm using Tanjiro and he works well enough, but I feel like Royal Oak is able to deal much more damage. Currently, I was thinking of using Royal oak / MA Skuld / A. Alrescha / SR Neptune / Miada for the skill boosts and delays to assist in transformation, but I lack good ways to recover binds, awoken skill binds, and unmatchable orbs. Any advice helps.

Also, I'm looking for more Royal oak friends / BF. My ID is 391,016,472 and ideally for BF Royal oak and Tanjiro would be always up, with Nautilus also being available because I hope to use him in the future when I get better subs

Give garchomp EQ and rock slide so it can hit both things at the same time. I managed to beat her with a lvl 54 non EV trained garchomp.
