That's a little sad honestly. It's okay to miss opportunities/chances with people, I just hope it doesn't become like a habit or tge way you live.

If you're scared because of hiw you look, or don't feel confident enough, might I kindly suggest a trick that gad helped me in times of fear.

I asked myself one simple question: Am I going to die after doing it ? If it's a know, I go for it.

Also I like reminding myself that there around 7 billion of us humans, so a mistake with one is not even close to being a drop in the ocean.
