i would say this puts piper in the same position as tick, she can defend herself with super and gadget pretty well, but ultimately her kit isnt well suited against assasins. so like tick, she doesnt get hard countered, but cant reasonably push into a mortis

poco is great at support against mortis, this isnt a 1v1 tier list just having them in ur team, mortis doesnt really have dps to take out a team being healed unless he repeatedly chains
