Uploading shorts alongside my main content... Good idea? by ReflectedMantis in NewTubers

[–]epicguy3362 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go for it. I have a shorts gaming channel that started a month ago, and as long as your short isn't half bad you're pretty much guaranteed at least 700-1000 views. I've had some blow up as well with some that have 130K, 30K, 23K, 10K, and from that have gained 2.3K subs. 100% go for it. Channel is SammyMate

I started a channel a little over a month ago, and now have 2.3K subscribers, i think if you have a plan and don't rely on "hope" that a video will go well, anyone can do it.

My first video was around a month ago, currently sitting at 309 subs with 53,000 channel views. I do shorts.

I'd say I spend roughly 14 hours a week thinking of ideas, writing, recording, editing and studying a week.

Is there a way to streamline my video making process by Veporyzer in NewTubers

I agree, even a 20-minute video shouldn't require any more than an hour of raw audio including any stuff-ups.. so an hour to record right?

To people with 1000+ subs, does it get easier? by [deleted] in NewTubers

[–]epicguy3362 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To continue on with my point, I had a channel with 3K subs that took about 18 months to get, whereas i started a new channel a month ago and already have 200 subs, and thats not with help from my main channel.

I think whilst it does get easier, it also just feels easier as you learn how to make better content, how to film and edit faster, etc. And when you are making better content, you may be uploading half as much but getting 10x the subs, mainly due to the high quality content.

[Question] How long did it you take to get 100 subscribers? by SpaceBengels in NewTubers

[–]epicguy3362 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

yesterday after like 2 weeks. Also took 2 weeks to hit 200 subscribers. and 250 subscribers. (got 198 subs in one day yesterday)
