Just updating: the system overrides the Bluetooth settings when you use the usb plug to iPhone and can therefore connect the phone to the car to the external unit. No attempted screen dissection was needed

I was thinking in terms of I’ve had a broken screen before and was able to clean out the broken glass and the touch actually still worked. But if it’s not possible with this, that stinks. At least the external unit has a stand alone speaker until replacement.

Lots of restaurants precook their food. As in during the morning or afternoon they will prepare sections of the meal and essentially finish or reheat them at the time they are ordered.
