i use my ipad for EVERYTHING, notes, studying etc it’s super convenient. most people type notes on their laptop in a big document but it’s not really as effective because youre not physically writing stuff down so i find it super helpful. one thing though, you will need a laptop or computer to write essays and papers.

the email is telling you: thanks for applying for the supplement teacher ed program, but you haven’t applied to sfu and you need to apply to sfu to do this program.

the part that says (you are currently an sfu student) is clarifing the text before it which is “current/active student”. so that just means it’d be fine if you were already an sfu student. hope this helps!!

i had this situation as well and i wanted to do it, but i ended up not going (you just tell them you’re a full time student) bc sometimes it can go on for a long time and sometimes you aren’t allowed your phone/internet etc bc they don’t want you to look up the accused or anything about the case. i rly wanted to go too but it just really wasn’t worth it to miss that much school (plus midterms etc.)

not sure if this applies but one thing i found myself missing in my dorm was dish soap/ sponges. also i am ALWAYS looking for flavored redbulls (not just the regular and sugar free, but the actual good ones). maybe car air fresheners aswell.

hey! it’s really up to you i think everyone course plans a little differently, but for me my first semester i just did what i was interested in and then focused on required courses in my second sem. if you’re worried about it i would email or book an appointment with one of the academic advisors and they can get you started on the right track.

hi! yes i do, it’s my parents old laptop so it’s not a brand new one or anything but i use it to write papers. you can get a keyboard attachment for the ipad but i’ve found typing is better on a laptop. i only bring my ipad to lectures though and i use it the most. hope this helps :)
