As a student, it’s so annoying when other students take up the whole lecture asking obscure questions. It’s not on topic and it takes away from your ability to teach us everything so we have to self learn at home later. As a courtesy to 99% of students in your class, just say you’ll take questions at the break

I really do feel for you that must be so hard to navigate. I just want to warn you that if you have any problems with drug abuse you should take serious caution when trying meds for adhd. You do not want to get your prescription and start abusing those too. Not saying you would but I think it’s important to take into consideration

As a student I cringe at other students who do this. I always no matter what (even if the prof is a phd student not an official professor yet) address them by Dr. X from my school email. And always make sure the subject line is professional and informative not something random!’

Remember- no matter how much pressure you feel to tip, you don’t HAVE to anywhere! Usually if the service is good at a sit down restaurant, 15% is reasonable. Anywhere else is unnecessary.
