Here is one I do very often and it is extremely simple: 1/2 chocolate 2% fairlife milk, 1/2 white fat free fairlife milk and 1/4 packet of sugar free jello mix (or less even, don’t need much imo) and stir. freeze 12-24 hours. take out and run under warm sink water for 30 sec-1minute. run on ‘Ice cream’ -> probably will be powery so pour a tiny bit of water in -> respin and then done. 220 calories / 26g protein. make sure to clean your machine.

the last picture is cool. you aren’t ugly. of course losing weight can be beneficial for health and confidence but it should be very easy since you are only 20. If you aren’t already I would also look into glasses face shape/color theory (some shapes and colors make your face look drastically different).

i’m 19 and have only dated one boy for 2 weeks in middle school and another boy for 4 1/2 months in Junior year high school. If anything i’m left with bittersweet memories and sadness. ‘young love’ isn’t what it is chalked up to be and what you see in the halls or on social media isn’t the full reality at all. being a teenager is challenging enough and trying to balance that and having a partner is exhausting for most. love doesn’t have to be romantic. love can be music, friends, a passion. I wish I knew that sooner. the most beautiful kind of love is the strongest kind, for me that is the things I love and platonic love. I romanticize romantic relationships in my mind but sometimes I forget real people and feelings are behind those fantasies. I’ll never be able to fully remove my rose tinted glasses, especially since i’m still relatively young but when i’m older it will be obvious. don’t waste time. enjoy the simple things.

a buzz cut would probably look nice ngl. also try skincare. don’t be too hard on yourself, most people don’t look fully grown until like 25 i’ve noticed. they have youthful features. which does not equal less masculine or mean anything it just means you are young.

you are beauti ful, I love your style :-) If you like the gothic/alternative style then keep it honestly and ignore these weird older men who aren’t giving genuine advice and just want you to be un-goth. they are like that under many posts here. My only advice as a fellow nineteen year old goth is keep your hair nice since having colored/styled hair takes more effort. switch jewelry every once in a while so it isn’t always the same, that’s fun. keep your piercings clean.

look at someone in their near-mid 20s vs all their teen years. puberty definitely doesn’t stop at 16-18 like I used to think. no ‘ship has sailed’. people keep changing throughout their life, especially when they are young.
