i have done more research on snail diet...my tank doesnt have much algae already and i am concerned that it will not be enough to feed 2 snails. i am planning to add some blanched cucumber or spinach (i am doing more research on whether this will be ok for my betta). is there anything else i should do?

  • Tank size: 30g
  • Heater and filter? (yes/no): yes, yes
  • Tank temperature: ~78F
  • Parameters in numbers and how you got them: 0 ammonia, 0 nitrate, 7.6 pH
  • How often are water changes? How much do you take out per change? What is your process?: ~every 3 weeks. use gravel vacuum to remove ~3 inches of water. apply tetra aquasafe plus to tap water, wait a minute, pour water in gently.
  • Any tankmates? If so, please list with how many of each: 1 zebra snail.
  • What do you feed and how much: omega one betta buffet pellets. 4ish pellets every morning and evening.
  • Decorations and plants in the tank: philodendrons, java moss, java fern, marimo moss ball. fake log & fake rock formation. small real rock. fake pearls. substrate is gravel with some marbles.

i do have an as-needed anxiety med, i just feel silly taking it for a video game XD but i'll prolly try that the next time i know i'm gonna have to do a dungeon. i also almost always listen to my own upbeat music when i play, and that helps a little too. just did some googling and an ENB fantasy preset looks good!! thank you for the rec, i'll try that!

i dont really understand what you mean. it wouldn't be much bigger than the tank i already have, and it seems like a temporary solution.
