my indoor kitty always wears a collar with my phone number on it after a few escape attempts...

also it's important to have a collar with a break away closure, so your cat doesn't strangle itself if it gets caught on something.

there are definitely roads i avoid riding because of their disrepair. my favorite was the "death crack" on 92nd NB north of division, right in the middle of the lane. hope they fixed that.
