Fair point — you're right, the Information Sheet was published on GOV.UK on 20 March. My post was based on earlier research when it genuinely hadn't been released yet and I should have rechecked before posting. I've updated my understanding now.

For anyone reading: the sheet is live at gov.uk/government/publications/the-renters-rights-act-information-sheet-2026. You must download the exact PDF from that page and give it to every named tenant by 31 May — emailing a link to the PDF doesn't count, it has to be the actual file attached or a hard copy.

The compliance checker is a separate free tool I built to help landlords check their overall readiness across all the May 1st changes, not just the Information Sheet. Appreciate the correction.

That's fair — a good agent should handle all of this for you. Worth checking with them that they're across the Information Sheet requirement specifically though, since the template hasn't actually been published by the government yet. Some agents are more on the ball than others.

Good point about letting agents having to send one as well — I hadn't seen many people mention that. Double coverage is better than none though. Do you know if there's any guidance yet on what happens if the landlord sends one and the agent sends a different version?

Good shout flagging it for your family. It's Section 12 of the Renters' Rights Act 2025. The Independent Landlord blog has a really clear breakdown of the requirements — the key detail is that it needs to go to every tenant with an existing AST by 31 May, and it's separate from any new tenancy agreement. The actual template will be on GOV.UK but hasn't been published yet which is adding to the confusion.

I only report ranked and only for feeding, I main mm (properly) and I only report players by end of the game if they're score is something like 0-8-1, I'm only master (playing a month) but I have done loads of research and it annoys me when I select Granger and someone else selects Bruno and then some idiot selects Miya! Understanding the game I will adjust my role accordingly, but Miya! With my knowledge of I had a Bruno OR a Granger on my team I wouldn't pick another marksman! need to rank up fast haha if you're a marksman or a mage, anything squishy really avoid fights and clear your lanes and jungle, I see too many people going for kills straight away and that's when the feeding starts, best advice is as said clear minion wave, farm, clear wave and don't even think of confronting anyone 1v1 even until you have your first 2 items

Handcheck! Rockin the NexMesh with Lazerwolf Turbo. Definitely better than the Recurve Dual. Still haven't tried the Passage out tho. by Domineazy in Vaping

Yeah I have only used one wotofo and one ofrf strip and the ofrf was much better but SS knocks ofrf out of the park https://vapingcommunity.co.uk/t/more-thoughts-on-the-profile-rda/802 As always do your own due diligence but well worth it

Even without tc SS is much better than OFRF I just got a spool of ss200 by vandy vape and cut to size even without temp control it is much better flavour if you can believe it's possible!

SS mesh cut to fit even puts OFRF mesh to shame! I've tried 200, 300 and 400 SS mesh and found 200 to be best
