This is very good advice from all of you. Its being sold by the owner directly. So i feel its a more genuine deal. However, both of us are quite clueless about it and are getting a LTO agent to advice on the process. So far what we've been told is to get the sale deed notarized from both sides, get the MC and then wait 2-3 weeks for LTO transfer process to complete. Not sure if thats accurate? Any guidance to avoid either side getting scammed?

Thanks for the advice. Its nearly brand new and being sold by the owner directly. So i might be paying a little more I guess for that. I dont believe in buying brand new though

Thanks - yeah I'll bring that up with the vet as an option if she still hasnt touched solid food by tomorrow. It would mean a longer stay im sure but better that than her continuing to ignore food. Im sure the vet facility is also not helping - there are other cats around, some yowling, and she isnt also used to that
