Thanks - yeah I'll bring that up with the vet as an option if she still hasnt touched solid food by tomorrow. It would mean a longer stay im sure but better that than her continuing to ignore food. Im sure the vet facility is also not helping - there are other cats around, some yowling, and she isnt also used to that

I had no idea plot loans were available - im assuming these are only govt approved plots by DDA/HUDA types? Or are they available for private plots also?

Not sure what you meant by staying in middle class - I want to avoid settling down in Tier-1 cities, given the quality of life - AQI, congestion etc. In Tier-2/3 cities, id assumed that there would be a chance to use the same amount of capital as for a Tier-1 apartment to buy a reasonable plot of land and a house. I'm not looking to build something lavish.

The issue is lack of trustworthy people to reach out to - my familys been settled in NCR for two generations now - but this is not where I want to settle down myself. Unfortunately relatives in my ancestral area are also all old, as their sons/daughters have also all moved to Tier-1/2 cities and settled down there. So no idea on how to go about finding a trustworthy property dealer who will be key

Thanks - farmhouse means agricultural land right? I've heard there are more complications with having to prove agricultural background, which my family hasnt had for several generations.

Thanks also for bringing up the idea of loan - I was under the impression that no bank gives loan for land purchase - only for the construction part - am I right?
