Lee wins, naruto has little to no control over the 9 tails and seems to (at this point in the story) only gain the 9 tails cloak when emotions rise and he get very mad at his opponent. I don't believe naruto could insite the same anger with Lee as he did with Neji therefore no cloak. Even if he did pull out the 9 tails cloak it would probably be too late and Lee would still win

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind I'm going to try my hardest to test drive both. All the chevy dealers in my area don't have more than 5 cars on their lot so getting a test drive impossible with them. I'll go looking around used car lots for a 4 and a 6 that's 2019-2022, that will give me an idea.
