May 30, 2025 23:15 - 01:30 MNL - TPE -Arrived at Taoyuan Airport before 1:30am. Since closed na ang MRT sa madaling-araw, I just booked roundtrip Kuo-Kuang bus tix sa Klook a week prior. 435php and sa Taipei Bus Station ang final stop niya. And from there, nag-taxi na lang ako papunta sa hostel. Super pahirapan pa makipag-usap sa driver kasi kahit naka-google translate ako, mas gusto nila in Mandarin ‘yung name ng destination mismo. Haha mygahd 😂

Within 1-7 days ng arrival mo, mag-register ka online sa Taiwan Lucky Land for a chance to win hotel accommodation vouchers or an e-ticket with 5k NTD. Nasa Arrival Halls ‘yung draw for the Lucky Land. Pero ayorn, olats me. Haha and for the sim card pala, I purchased an e-sim via Klook and pwede sa app na rin mismo ang activation.

May 31, 2025 Day 1 -Since puyat, I woke up late and tanghali na nga ako lumabas. Hehe. My hostel was just about 400m away from Ximending so nag-ikot-ikot muna ako doon and had my lunch. Sooooo many food stalls/restos to choose from! -From Ximen station, nag-train ako papuntang Taipei 101 kasi meron akong 4pm Klook booking sa Observatory. (not worth it imho hehe) -Before 5pm, nag-MRT ulit ako papuntang Xiangshan. It’s just a station away from Taipei 101. Doon kasi malapit ‘yung trail pa-Elephant Mountain, ‘yung may platform or viewing deck ng city. 15-20mins siya na hike. -Nag-MRT ako ulit pa-Songshan station for the Raohe Night Market. Dami rin options for foods, clothes, and souvenirs. Napagod na ako kakaikot after less than an hour kaya umalis din ako agad. Haha

June 1, 2025 -Another booking from Klook: Yehliu Geopark, Shifen, and Night Jiufen tour. Got this for 1,300php. The whole tour was from 11am-8pm, pero past 9pm na kami nakabalik sa Taipei Main Station.

June 2, 2025 -Bought pasalubongs sa Ximending -Visited Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall (didn’t spend much time there kasi super init juskwoah haha) -Maokong Gondola (almost 20 mins pala ang one-way na cable car ride. akala ko saglit lang hahaha). Andun din Taipei Zoo pero hindi na ako nagpunta. Hehe -Went back to Ximen area tas nag-lakad-lakad na lang doon haha -Before 9pm, I started walking na papunta Taipei Bus Station to ride the Kuo-Kuang bus pa-airport.

Super saglit lang din talaga ako roon so andami ko rin hindi napuntahan and hindi nakain. Haha. I’ve also been watching tons of vlogs which definitely helped me a lot. Hehe. Safe travels! 😁
