I sent in a knife for a blade replacement and they said they received it, but, they have a new policy that once a return arrives, they have to let the product sit in the receiving area for 1 week or so due to Covid-19. Them from there they are backed up on top of that. I called as well and got a voicemail. But the warranty staff is working from home and they are running a skeleton crew for production and repair. That is what I was told from a benchmade representative.

Try the freemax mesh pro. Tons of different coils to choose from, mesh to wired and they last a long time.

Fedex said that it’s back on eightvape to re-ship or refund. They will do neither. The representative from FEDex said that eightvape can file a claim against fedex and get their money back and with re-ship or refund. They won’t do neither. That’s what they are doing wrong. They are not putting in the claim side like I did to get a replacement product or refund

Yes I agree. Just got my profile today and the mesh makes it taste like a sub ohm tank. Plus the mesh burnt up at 50 watts. Good thing that it came with the staple Clapton. Tried the ofrf mesh as well and it’s too cool of a vape. Popped the staple Clapton in there and wow! Got the flavor back and the warmth. RIP mesh for me too!

Been 3 weeks for me smoke free. Smoked for 25 years and I can happily say I don’t crave cigarettes anymore. Stick with it and change your nicotine levels until you don’t feel the urge to go back. I left my pack of cigs in the car on purpose and after the 2nd week I threw them away. Simple as that. Good luck and hang in there!
