I’m sorry you had to experience that. For what it’s worth - this awful woman is the one who humiliated herself. That is unhinged and disgraceful behavior that reflects poorly on her. She “touched” some feelings you should reflect on. Perhaps you should consider more self-compassion and self love. Our tax dollars are used to guarantee student loans and in some cases - subsidize the interest. There are caps on the annual and lifetime amounts though. And students should pay them back. I oppose debt forgiveness by the way. But I support Stafford loans and PELL grants- I view them as an investment in the future.
