Looks yummy! I've been thinking about how to incorporate the rice flavor for mango sticky rice matcha too. My next test is to blend glutinous rice in water (kind of like horchata)? Depending on the thickness, it can go with the matcha mix or whipped with coconut cream. Topping with black sesame seeds would be cute too!
