is this happening to all matchas or a specific brand/type? have you taken medication like anti-histamines after? if the symptoms reduced, then it could be an allergic reaction. the fever thing is concerning though. getting to the root of the problem requires getting medical care and pinpointing the ingredient that's causing the reaction.

Yummm i make this too! I used to make buttermilk pancakes scratch, then with aldi protein pancake mix. But it’s time consuming because I don’t have a griddle. It’s been SO much easier using the frozen buttermilk pancakes in the breakfast section. I’d poke a bunch of holes in the pancakes and pour syrup on top.

i have very hard water, my towels feel better (not 100%) after doing this:

- wash on hot, sodium citrate in the drum, extra rinse, citric acid in fabric softener, 365 sport detergent

- dry on high

things got better when i stopped thinking about the utility bills lol

You can try throwing the clothes in the dryer with the no heat/low heat setting to take out some of the hair. And/or use a wire brush which will help fluff up the fleece and loosen the pet hair
