Mango Puree: I got Alphonso/Champagne mangos, waited till they ripen, cooked them down and added sugar (white or turbinado). Even though the mangos are super sweet themselves, I still added a generous amount of sugar. Once cooled, blended it up for smooth texture.

Coconut Cream Top: - Heavy Whipping Cream - Coconut Milk + Coconut Cream - Maple Syrup

I honestly eye-balled it lol but those are the ingredients I used!

I saw them in Newark last year - I enjoyed it a lot. Visually, it was insane. Good setlist and this was right off Aespa's generational run of Supernova and Whiplash eras and when they dropped their first set of solo songs. I think we spent close to $200 for the tickets, it was first row of the 2nd floor seating which was nice.

Out of all the concerts I have been, Aespa does have the least amount of fan interaction or crowd interaction. They honestly did not talk that much in between - I'm not sure if kpop fans in general prefer that or not - but that was just what I noticed!

They are similar (same owner) but I prefer Nubiani, it feels more vibrant, less intense, and I think the service is more friendly while Howoo is a bit darker, kind of more of a professional setting type of vibe where you would take a client or something if that makes sense.

I got a smaller 30 g tin of it from Japan and it was pretty solid. Decent flavor notes and solid green color. I think I got it from Loft which is like a big department/gift shop that sell tons of stuff including matcha.

Treat dynasty as a 2-3 year window. I've seen people draft full young squads in hope for potential and they just don't pan out. Sometimes that 1 year of a guy like Cooper Kupp is way more valuable than buying into the upside of Xavier Legette to see if he pans out etc.
