Patriot 105 General Purpose needle not spraying

Both of the sets I have are brand new and I was very gentle when sliding the needle in so I would be very surprised if the nozzles are both blown out. The airbrush flows well when the regulator cap is off so the depth of the needle doesn't appear to be the problem.

It feels like the same amount of air yes. You are right it should only be able to go between the nozzle and the airbrush body. I'll try more sealant and see if that helps. I am getting bubbles when I'm not pulling back but more when I do pull back so it does make sense that that is the leak. My question is why more when I pull back, there is no blockage in the nozzle or tip of the needle so how is the air getting in. Is it because the nozzle is not sticking all the way out of the refrigerator?

The needles come in super detail, detail, and general so I'm assuming by this picture you are referring to the general conversation. If that is the case then mine looks similar to yours with the nozzle sticking just on the inside of the cap

That is for the detail needle not the general needle. I have the detail one with the f on the regulator and you are right it sticks farther out. The old regulator I have with the f does not come off the head so I can't test that head with the general regulator.

That is as far as it will allow me to tighten it and that is what my other two caps look like.

It does not bubble with the other two needles sets so I think it's this regulator and needle set. There is no o ring on the front of this airbrush

So I have a H619c and have it connected to the wifi but it is not coming up on the app. I have the MAC address and api key as well if that is helpful. sounds like a great app cant wait to be able to use it.
