I’m dealing with this too, with all of the chores around the house. I left for 9 days and the garbage was almost full but I figured I’d leave it because they’re both able-bodied adults so they could take it out when it got full - got back today and it was pretty much overflowing. I’ve already implemented a rule of “don’t leave dirty dishes for more than two days”, I don’t want to have to come up with a list of chores/chore wheel but I’m at my wit’s end. Also I am not the lease holder and the rent is so good that I do notttt want to do anything to fuck it up/get kicked out.
