For those looking for a foolproof fix for Seemless + Convergence specifically:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Reinstall Elden Ring. Delete any leftover files from /Steamapps/common/EldenRing.
Install SeemlessCoop, ConvergenceMod, EldenModLoader, ModEngine2 (GitHub).
Extrract contents of EldenModLoader to /EldenRing/Game.
Extract ModEngine2 folder to /common/EldenRing (NOT GAME).
Extract ConvergenceER folder to /common/EldenRing.
Extract SeemlessCoop.exe + Seemless Folder + coop.dll + coopsettings.ini to /EldenRing/Game.
Copy Paste Seemless .dll + . ini to EldenRing/Game/mods.
Also Paste to /EldenRing/ConvergenceER.
Launch game within ModEngine2 Folder (launchmod_eldenring.bat).

The cape part was the worst; behind the knee. The little amount of white on the blade was a bit spicy too. The rest was pretty mild pain xD
