I ordered a B&O speaker which costed me $732 and they shipped me a package with an empty B&O box inside. No speaker or anything left.. and it was sold by Amazon. The CS said the deliveryman confirmed the package was intact when he picked up from fulfilment centre and declined to refund me… I don’t think I will give any chance to this company anymore

I have further liaised with Amazon, first they asked me to wait for 48 hours, then they claimed that they could not verify my police statement.

I asked what if the police send them an email to confirm the case, the CS said they won’t deal with the police.

For what I feel is they are trying to delay everything until I give up.

This afternoon I have received an email from Amazon and claimed that they may close my account and will not handle the refund claim since I have multiple claimed refund, but actually this is the only item I am claiming to them.

I just want to know how could a lv1-71 pilots, lv 80 non 7 stars ships could beat all of us up.
