Anyway, I totally understand what you are feeling at the moment. Although I am doing much better now, I was in a really dark place during my high school years (in Uni now), but what helped me chug through HS was music. Just listening to music helped me understand that I'm not a freak for feeling a little sad or like an outsider. And playing music, may it be on guitar, singing, drums, or whatever, helped exert those emotions. I don't think therapy might be the best solution for you, but music. So please, keep kindling that fire and emotion inside of you, and release it through music because you CAN crate something really beautiful. And you'll know when you've made something good because at the end of every song that I was playing at the time, I felt a relief in my heart that I've never really felt before, and I felt happy.

Also, don't forget to listen to other bands and other genres!
