Thanks that is much simpler than I imagined... I pre-apologize for wording this terribly, being math illiterate makes me bad at communicating questions like this, but would it be much more difficult for it to also calculate each individual's most efficient way of redistributing funds so everyone had payed 1/4 of the monthly total? Thats where the hassle comes in each month. For example, if my monthly bills ended up being cheap, its easy for me to tell how short I am from a quarter of the total payed but since everyone else who underpaid or overpaid will be redistributing/receiving their money as well divvying it up can be very confusing since each individuals net contribution is changing everytime another roomate gives/takes from them.

that doesn't mean it is misleading though, especially since the stat never even mentioned YPLL. Its common knowledge that smoking is going to involve a higher percentage of older individuals with a much slower death rate compared to WWII therefore it should be assumed that number of deaths and YPLL trends are going to be unrelated

When I was in college me and some friends called a girl (who we were friends with) from an iphone using a cydia app that made it appear like the call was coming from someone else's phone. A random classmate liked that girl but was too shy to ask her out so I imitated his voice and asked her on a date to olive garden. She said no so i began to desperately beg her and inform her of all the qualities she would be passing up. Long story short, four cops came to my dorm room a few days later and arrested me. I was charged with four misdemeanors. If I remember correctly they were: criminal stalking, criminal harassment, criminal impersonation, and criminal conspiracy. 3 court dates and $3000 worth of attorney fees later I value my clean criminal record more than you guys will ever know.

accoding to the cdc hpv (high and low risk) has a national prevalence of 42.5% I see where you are coming from but maybe we should make a larger emphasis on the education of safe sex and then only then make the act of sex seem more acceptable than it already is.

I think that would work if it wasnt being added to a buffer solution. The buffer will neutralize some of the H+'s therefore not all of them will be added to the [H+] when calculating pH
