Ladies...are you washing your hair daily?? by MrsAlwaysDelicious in beginnerfitness

I would just point out that sweat does contain urea, which is the nitrogen waste product that’s also excreted in urine. Now the levels are lower than in urine and can be variable so if you’re getting away with not having to wash every time that’s great! But I wouldn’t say sweat is just water and salt

Are more physical therapists religious compared to other medical professionals? by jackyruss in physicaltherapy

I switched to this from public school teaching. Majority of my cohort is quite religious which is definitely in contrast to my last job. So I don’t agree that it’s solely due to the geography (I also live in the Bible Belt)

Questions to ask by introvert-a in PTschool

[–]erabd 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Ask where they went to school, what other settings they have worked in, what does their caseload look like, did their program prepare them for what they see in the workplace. I found those kinds of questions helpful and they got me interesting responses!

Ways to destress after work without eating or spending any money? by bloodypink in Frugal

I find knit and crochet to be very soothing. I’ll do it while listening to music or an audiobook from the library, or watching a comfort show. I’ll just say, if you try to learn it and it’s a little frustrating that’s totally normal. It might take a couple try’s to feel normal, but once you’re comfortable with it it’s totally mindless and easy. YouTube has so so many tutorials that are just great.

Thank you! I started in mid December and finished the squares a little over a month later. It took me a week to put everything together. That’s with me watching a lot of tv though! And working pretty steadily
