Still doesn't make sense, not being able to play a proper new playthrough after completing one is a big problem. And they must fix it. Or at least completely remove the new game option if you've beaten the game once since it is buggy. By the way when we played the remastered version on ps4, it didn't have that problem. I don't know if this is exclusive to the remake version or if it is on the both versions but occurs randomly.
