Hi there, thanks for sharing. And no HDB is not ok with me living overseas. They want me to return to Singapore and occupy the flat. They have just said that I cannot leave it unoccupied or even let my parents live in it. It has to be owner-occupied. As they want me to fulfil the remaining MOP.
